Just six miles long and mostly less than one mile wide, Cocoa Beach is located on a barrier island with ocean beachfront running the entire length of its city limits. We are nestled between the great Atlantic Ocean and the Banana River Lagoon on Florida's Central East Coast. The Space Complexes of the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral are situated to the north, and Patrick Air Force Base is to the south. We're also situated just minutes from Florida's fastest growing port - Port Canaveral - where you can embark from the world class cruise terminals aboard affordable cruises to exotic Caribbean destinations or take a day cruise aboard a casino ship. Deep-sea fishing boats and day sails are also available.
This is a resort promotion for Ron Jon Resort that requires participants to take 90 minutes of their time during their stay to attend a fun and informative tour of the hosting resort. Participants must be married or cohabiting (sorry, no singles), be between the ages of 25 & 72, be U.S. residents (Canadians with U.S. bank accounts are welcome), earn at least $50,000 U.S. per year (No students), both parties of the couple must speak, read, and understand English and must be traveling and touring together, have photo IDs, and be able to provide proof of matching residency by fax prior to reservations and upon arrival. Non-Florida residents vacationing or living in an RV or staying in Florida for more than (3) weeks in a non-hotel accommodation are not eligible for this promotion. Sorry, no group reservations are allowed. A group is defined as more than one family or friends, traveling on separate promotional packages to the same destination on the same travel dates. This promotion is not available to guests that have toured this resort within the past 15 months. This offer is not valid for Florida residents in beachside Brevard, beachside Volusia Counties or residents from Cape Canaveral to Patrick Air Dorce Base (including Cocoa Beach, Avon By the Sea and Satellite Beach) You are responsible for all items of a personal nature including nightly room tax, which is approximately $15 per night. Participants that do not complete the required tour for this promotion will have billed to their credit card the full regular publsihed nightly rack rate for their lodging for the full length of stay and the full cost of their certificates. Participants may reschedule once at no cost, then each additional reschedule is charged a fee of $50.00. No shows are not allowed to reschedule and lose all money paid. No refunds.
