Participants are obligated to attend a 90 minute tour with Grand Crowne Resort in Pigeon Forge to learn about vacation ownership opportunities and must be U.S. residents between the ages of 28 and 69, be employed, make a minimum of $50,000 per year, be married or cohabiting, carry a major credit card or checkbook (no debit or check cards), have photo IDs and with identical addresses. Sorry, no singles or students. Married and cohabiting couples must tour together and must be traveling together. No group reservations allowed. A group is defined as more than one family member or friends, traveling on separate promotional packages to the same destination on the same travel dates. No students! Guests must be fluent in English. This offer is not valid for any guest that has toured this property within the last 15 months. You must live at least 50 miles from Pigeon Forge. There is no obligation to purchase anything. Participants that do not complete the required tour for this promotion or don't meet the qualifications upon arrival will have billed to their credit card the full regular publsihed nightly rack rate for their lodging for the full length of stay and the full cost of their tickets. Participants may reschedule once at no cost, then each additional reschedule is charged a fee of $50.00. No shows are not allowed to reschedule and lose all money paid. No refunds.
